We only collect what we need to get your case to you. No ad trackers, no selling your data.

When you order
We keep your name, phone number, email (if you give one), delivery address and what you ordered. We use them to confirm, deliver and support your order, and to send your order emails. Our delivery partner sees your name, phone and address.
Accounts and the guest list
- If you create an account, we store your details and a securely hashed password, so checkout is faster next time.
- If you join the guest list, we store your email only to tell you about new drops. Ask us and we'll remove it.
Custom designs
Photos you upload in “Make your own” are stored so we can print your case and so your share link works. Anyone with the link can see the design. Only upload images you have the right to use.
Visitor stats
We count visits ourselves, without cookies or third-party trackers, to see which pages and cases people like. Your browser keeps a random ID that isn't linked to your name, phone or IP address. We see totals like visitors, pages, devices and where visits came from, never who you are. These stats are deleted after about 13 months.
Stored on your device
Your bag, saved cases (“My rack”), the details you chose to remember at checkout and the random stats ID live in your browser's storage. Clearing your browser data removes them. Signing in uses one secure session cookie.
Who else handles data
Our server and database, the courier who delivers your order, and our email provider for order emails. Nobody else, and we never sell your data.
Your choices
