You can look at your case before paying the courier. If it's damaged, the wrong design or the wrong phone model, you can refuse it and pay nothing, or tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it for free.

• Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• The case must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.
• If the mistake is ours (damaged, wrong model or design), we cover all shipping.
• If you changed your mind, the return shipping fee is on you, and we refund the price of the case.

Custom cases are printed just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged or the print doesn't match the design you saved, we'll reprint it for free.

• Contact us (details at the bottom of this page) with your order number.
• Tell us what's wrong, with a photo if the case is damaged.
• We arrange the pickup and the exchange, or refund you in cash or by mobile wallet within 7 days of receiving the case back.
