Where we ship
Everywhere in Egypt. We don't ship outside Egypt yet.
Shipping fees
The fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you place the order. If a governorate shows “confirmed on call”, we tell you the fee when we call to confirm, and you can cancel at no cost if it doesn't work for you.
How it works
- You place the order. No account and no card needed.
- We call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order and address.
- Ready-made cases usually ship within 1–2 working days. Custom cases are printed for you and usually ship within 3–5 working days.
- Delivery takes about 2–5 working days after shipping, depending on your area.
- Pay the courier in cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.
Tracking
Use your order number and phone number on the tracking page to see whether your order is new, confirmed, shipped or delivered.
Missed delivery
If the courier can't reach you, they will try again. If an order can't be delivered after a few tries, it is cancelled.
